Help celebrate our Maple Sugaring Season!
Sugar Camp Days is back and we are happy to see our March calendar filling up with school groups in anticipation of our upcoming maple sugaring season at Bendix Woods County Park!
Rent-a-Sap Bucket with us and for your $40 donation you will receive: 1 complimentary ticket to the Sugar Camp Days Pancake Breakfast on March 19 & March 20 (sponsored by the New Carlisle Lion's Club), 1 pint of Bendix Woods' pure maple syrup, 1 coupon for four donuts at New Age Baking Co. located in downtown New Carlisle, IN, 1 park entrance Gate Pass (one-time use, April 1 - October 31), Name entered into the drawing to win a St. Joseph County Parks Annual Gate Pass, Name entered into a drawing to win a kayak trip for two at Ferrettie/Baugo Creek County Park.
Proceeds from the Rent-a-Sap Bucket Program support the sugaring operations and education programs at the St. Joseph County Parks. Buckets are hung in the Bendix Woods Sugar Bush by visiting school groups throughout the sugaring season.
