Voters may begin voting absentee in person in the Lobby of the County Services Annex, Mishawaka and the Lobby of the County-City Building, South Bend on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 8:00 AM.  Mail-in and Travel Board applications can be requested via telephone by calling 574. 235.9101; 574.235.9105 or 574.256.6354.  The deadline to vote Absentee in person (BOTH LOCATIONS) is Monday, November 5, 2018 at NOON.
