The following schedule is subject to change due to weather delays.
St. Joseph County will be performing Road Striping work on the following roads, during the hours of 6 am to 4:30 pm. Please be advised it takes approximately three minutes for the paint to dry, to help prevent drivers from driving through the wet paint our crews provide advance warning signs stating "Paint Crew Ahead", two shadow vehicles marked with flashing lights and signs stating "Wet Paint Do Not Pass", and cones on the beginning and end of the freshly repainted lines.
When Drivers see Paint Crew Ahead signs, they should expect delays, and drive slowly and cautiously. Road striping paint requires a minimum of three minutes to adequately dry. Drivers should not drive through or in between the equipment train and maintenance vehicles and should avoid driving around them as a precaution.

St. Joseph County will be performing Chip Seal Operations next week. The following roads will be closed for a two hour period while crews perform work, where possible there will be a posted detour route.

St. Joseph County will be performing roadway grinding and grading operations on the following roads, roads will be closed to through traffic between the hours of 6 am to 4:30, flaggers will be present to assist local traffic in and out of the work site, but expect delays.
Ash Road from Kern Road north to End of Road

Ash Road from New Road to Madison Road
St. Joseph County will be preforming berming operations to prepare the following roads for Chip Seal, traffic will be maintained by flaggers between the hours of 6 am to 4:30 pm.
New Road from SR 23 to SR 931
Walsh & Kelly, Inc. will be grinding, grading and placing and Intermediate coat of asphalt on the following roadways. Traffic will be restricted to local traffic only, and maintained by flaggers.
