Some limited portions of County Buildings may be made available to other users on a limited fee basis for events that support a public purpose, benefit, service, training, or interest to St. Joseph County residents that otherwise could not occur without the facility being available.
The County facilities that are available to the public are the following:
- The County-City Building exterior, 227 W. Jefferson Street, South Bend, IN 46601
- The County-City Building lobby, 227 W. Jefferson Street, South Bend, IN 46601
- South Bend and Mishawaka Courthouse steps and lawn
