Health Services

Portage Manor provides some health services at the nursing station and partners with other facilities for care.


Dental & Eye Examinations	Appointments can be made through the Ward Clerk in the first floor Nursing Station.
Developmental & Behavioral Evaluation Services	All developmentally disabled persons are sent for evaluation, unless contraindicated by his/her physician.
Laboratory Testing	All laboratory work, urinalysis and blood test will be performed by the South Bend Medical Foundation in the facility.
Memorial Hospital Transfer Agreement	Memorial Hospital has agreed to accept for treatment, residents from our facility.
